We understand that unexpected situations occur in life and we are more than happy to have you rescheduled for a time that better serves you.  
If you need to RESCHEDULE or CANCEL an appointment, please be considerate and do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability, thus better serving everyone (including you).
